Whether it is a cracked screen on an iPhone 13, a tired battery in an iPhone 11 or a charging port that has stopped working on an iPhone 15, you can see the exact price for your model before you book.

The most common iPhone repairs

• iPhone screen replacement: cracked glass, lines, black spots or touch that has stopped working. For OLED models we explain the difference between screen options before you choose.
• iPhone battery replacement: if Settings > Battery > Battery Health shows low capacity or your phone shuts down early, a new battery brings back a full day of use.
• Charging port repair: loose cable, slow charging or not charging at all. Often it is lint; sometimes the port needs replacing.
• Back glass and camera lens: iPhone 8 and later have glass backs that crack easily. Camera lens glass is a separate, cheaper repair.
• Face ID, speakers, buttons and cameras: listed model by model.

Things to know about iPhone repairs

Newer iPhones may show a "parts" message in Settings after a screen or battery is replaced with a non-Apple part. The phone keeps working normally. If this matters to you, ask us before you book. Touch ID on home-button iPhones is paired to the original button and can't be moved to a replacement.

Before any repair, back up to iCloud if your phone still turns on, and know your passcode. We never ask for your passcode or Apple ID password in an online form.
