Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are in Australian dollars and include parts, labour and GST.
Where a price says "Get a quote", or where a fault needs checking, we confirm the price before any work starts. You can say no at that point.
Any after-hours or call-out fee is shown before you send a booking and confirmed again before work starts.
Prices can change. The price that applies is the one we confirm with you for your repair.

Bookings

A booking sent through this website is a request. Your time is confirmed only after we check that the part is in stock and a technician is available.
For a call-out, someone 18 or over needs to be present, with a safe place to work.

Beat my quote

Our price beat applies under the conditions on the Beat my quote page. We check every competitor quote before confirming a price.

Before your repair

Please back up your phone if it still turns on. Most repairs don't affect your data, but no repairer can guarantee that for every phone.
Remove your SIM card and case if you can.
We may need your passcode to test the phone after the repair. We will ask in person, never by email or online form.

Phones left with us

We will contact you when your repair is ready, using the contact method you chose.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our warranty for what is covered after a repair.
